Retention of Personal Health Information
In accordance with the guidelines set by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO), client files are retained:
- For 10 years after the client’s 18th birthday, or
- For 10 years after last contact if the client is over 18 years of age.
Where Your Data Is Stored
When you book an appointment, you will create a secure personal profile in the Jane App. All personal and health information is stored within Jane App’s encrypted servers located in Canada.
